Great tape ! No blisters on 10 mile tab

Good quality K tape - good adhesion and stretch for hard workouts.

Does what it needs to do

Priced fairly, this tape is flexible enough as not to cause discomfort but rigid enough to provide support.
The fabric it is made from is tear resistant so it bonds to the curves of one's body precisely, the glue is of sound quality so it will adhere to your skin effectively and it will stick firmly to itself when you overlap it onto itself.
I used it on my elbow in order to provide compression to the ligaments and it did seem to support me, wasn't too uncomfortable but more importantly, it eased my pain by a noticeable degree. I do like the vibrant green colour!

Sticks like it should to itself, which makes it easy to put on. Provides support for my ankle. Reasonably priced.

Perfect, easy to use and good quality
Good comfort and good value for money

Excellent thickness and adhesion. Easy to cut, and the backing is marked in square cm, so you can measure the length you need, very convenient. Durable, stretchy, holds in place for ages, does not peel off - it's the first tape I've had that I had to peel off with some effort, it sticks so well) Still, it's better to round the edges of the tape when you cut it, to be safe. Provides decent support, if you don't forget to leave 5 cm anchoring on each side. Bright colour, pleasing to the eye.

I am very happy with this high performance sports tape, I got it to strap up my big toes for football and its worked perfectly for me. The quality is good, the tape is easy to use, strong and sticks very well and I feel its good value for money.

Sock tape is sock tape so it's hard to get wrong. A longer or wider roll may be better but for the little bit of football I get to play it's perfect. Quaility is great, holds my shin pads in place and tackiness is spot on.

Easy to use and comfort
Works well and fit for purpose

A very good value product, recommended.

I'm a serial purchaser of sock tape, as having started using it for ankle support and for holding shin pads firmly in place, it now feels wrong to not wear any. This means I get through plenty of the stuff and have witnesses a number of different approaches to this stuff, from the horribly sticky and hard to wear, to stuff that's a dream to put on.
This tape sits well in the middle of the options I've used before, it's good quality and seems fairly durable and is a flexible size meaning it's a little easier to fit if using to offer support to a joint or bodypart, but can still be used for socks/shin pads.
I'd say if using solely for shinpads and if you like to use plenty, you may be more economical going for a larger/wider roll, but if you are looking for support or are the kind of person that doesn't need to wrap themselves like a mummy, this will be effective and do the trick!
The tape itself holds against itself without any adhesive and stickiness and managed to survive an entire tournament in all weathers (including driving rain) this weekend, without the need for re-application.

After straining my back playing a racket sport, I was looking for a way to support my muscles so I could keep playing without making the pain worse, especially during jumps. I ended up using three cuts of tape, each about 30cm long. I placed some strips vertically and some horizontally to help stabilize my back and lessen the “shaking” feeling in my muscles. Even though I’m not an expert and can’t say for sure if I placed the tape exactly right, I noticed a real difference in how stable and comfortable my back felt.
What stood out to me most was how sticky the tape is—it really holds its place well, even through movement and activity. Taking it off reminds me a bit of waxing, but it’s manageable. The green colour is a highlight for me too. It actually makes me feel sporty—which is funny, because I don’t usually see myself that way. Cutting the tape to the right size is simple and convenient, and the roll should last a good while, especially if you’re using shorter strips.
Overall, I’m very happy with this kinesiology tape. The strong hold, ease of use, and even the motivating colour made my experience positive. For its price and performance, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try, whether you’re an athletic person or just need extra support for a sore back.

For anyone serious about muscle support and recovery, the "Locked in" Kinesiology Tape is an essential. It truly delivers, impressing with its superior, long-lasting adhesive and consistent support through even the most rigorous activities.
Unlike many tapes that peel quickly, this one stays firmly in place through workouts, showers, and extended wear for days. Its serious sweat resistance ensures continuous support when you need it most. When correctly applied, it provides effective muscle and joint support without restricting movement, ideal for areas like knees and shoulders.
Despite its strong grip, it's hypoallergenic and remarkably gentle on the skin, preventing irritation. Flexible and comfortable, it moves like a second skin, making it versatile for everything from intense training and rehab to posture correction and daily activities. Its ease of use during application further enhances its appeal, making it a reliable, high-performing tool for active living.
