1. Change-of-mind returns
If you bought from us online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
After telling us you want to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To start a return, please email contact@lockedintape.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The item or items you want to return
- The reason for return
2. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened where the product is sealed
- In their original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
Because sports tape, wraps and bandages are applied directly to the skin, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.
Please do not return products that have been applied to the skin, cut, stretched, marked, damaged after delivery, or removed from sealed packaging unless you are returning them because they are faulty.
3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If an item is faulty, damaged, missing, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lockedintape.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging and delivery label where relevant
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund or exchange.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return postage or provide another suitable solution.
We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items. We cannot refund returned items that are lost in transit before reaching us.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank, card provider, PayPal, Klarna or payment provider to process the refund.
6. Original delivery charges
Where you cancel your full online order within the cancellation period, we will refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law.
If you selected a premium delivery service, we will only refund up to the cost of our standard delivery service.
If you return only part of your order, delivery charges are not usually refunded unless the returned item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
7. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product or quantity, please contact us at contact@lockedintape.com.
The fastest way to get the item you need is usually to return the original item, once approved, and place a new order.
8. Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used sports tape, wraps or bandages
- Opened sealed products where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, incorrect storage, incorrect application or normal wear and tear
- Products returned without their original packaging, unless faulty
- Items not purchased directly from lockedinsportstape.co.uk
If you purchased through another marketplace, please follow that platform’s returns process.
9. Cancelling before dispatch
If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible at contact@lockedintape.com.
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible before dispatch.
