Works well. Price is fair as well.

I've been a sports physio for just over 12 years and go through a ridiculous amount of tape every week between footballers, runners and rugby players. We started ordering from Locked In a couple of months ago after another supplier kept letting us down on stock.

The Zinc Oxide Tape has been excellent. Strong adhesive, tears cleanly by hand and I haven't had athletes coming back saying it's peeled off halfway through training. The kinesiology tape has also held up really well and doesn't seem to irritate skin as much as some cheaper brands we've used in the past.

One thing I particularly like is that the quality has been consistent from roll to roll, which isn't always the case. Delivery has been quick every time and pricing is fair enough that we'll probably stick with them going forward.

Best tape I've used in ages. Doesn't peel off after 20 mins like my old stuff.

Good quality K tape - good adhesion and stretch for hard workouts.

Priced fairly, this tape is flexible enough as not to cause discomfort but rigid enough to provide support.

The fabric it is made from is tear resistant so it bonds to the curves of one's body precisely, the glue is of sound quality so it will adhere to your skin effectively and it will stick firmly to itself when you overlap it onto itself.

I used it on my elbow in order to provide compression to the ligaments and it did seem to support me, wasn't too uncomfortable but more importantly, it eased my pain by a noticeable degree. I do like the vibrant green colour!

Excellent thickness and adhesion. Easy to cut, and the backing is marked in square cm, so you can measure the length you need, very convenient. Durable, stretchy, holds in place for ages, does not peel off - it's the first tape I've had that I had to peel off with some effort, it sticks so well) Still, it's better to round the edges of the tape when you cut it, to be safe. Provides decent support, if you don't forget to leave 5 cm anchoring on each side. Bright colour, pleasing to the eye.

Works well and fit for purpose

Easy to use, sticks well and managed to stay firm around my knee for 10K run - where other brands have started to peel at 2-3K; sweat and rain resistant. Has a decent amount of stretch for if/when you need it [I need two lengths with no stretch and one length taut]. Doesn't hurt when you pull it off. It seems a decent quality, although slightly more expensive than my usual brand, hence why 4 stars not 5. However, if my usual brand is out of stock, I won't hesitate to buy this one.

For anyone serious about muscle support and recovery, the "Locked in" Kinesiology Tape is an essential. It truly delivers, impressing with its superior, long-lasting adhesive and consistent support through even the most rigorous activities.

Unlike many tapes that peel quickly, this one stays firmly in place through workouts, showers, and extended wear for days. Its serious sweat resistance ensures continuous support when you need it most. When correctly applied, it provides effective muscle and joint support without restricting movement, ideal for areas like knees and shoulders.

Despite its strong grip, it's hypoallergenic and remarkably gentle on the skin, preventing irritation. Flexible and comfortable, it moves like a second skin, making it versatile for everything from intense training and rehab to posture correction and daily activities. Its ease of use during application further enhances its appeal, making it a reliable, high-performing tool for active living.

After straining my back playing a racket sport, I was looking for a way to support my muscles so I could keep playing without making the pain worse, especially during jumps. I ended up using three cuts of tape, each about 30cm long. I placed some strips vertically and some horizontally to help stabilize my back and lessen the “shaking” feeling in my muscles. Even though I’m not an expert and can’t say for sure if I placed the tape exactly right, I noticed a real difference in how stable and comfortable my back felt.

What stood out to me most was how sticky the tape is—it really holds its place well, even through movement and activity. Taking it off reminds me a bit of waxing, but it’s manageable. The green colour is a highlight for me too. It actually makes me feel sporty—which is funny, because I don’t usually see myself that way. Cutting the tape to the right size is simple and convenient, and the roll should last a good while, especially if you’re using shorter strips.

Overall, I’m very happy with this kinesiology tape. The strong hold, ease of use, and even the motivating colour made my experience positive. For its price and performance, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try, whether you’re an athletic person or just need extra support for a sore back.

Excellent tape. Easy to cut into appropriately sized shapes. Stays stuck in place very well. Can be a bit like being waxed taking it off but you're an adult so should be able to cope. Good price. Will last a while if you are using smaller strips. I use mine for golf and it's excellent at preventing finger blisters.

was amazed tbh at the width of the tape- was not epecting it to be 2 inches wide
good stretch and the adhesion is good
it stayed in palce during an entire training session
peeling it off was staright forward with no reaction after to the skin or irritation
where i needed to use 2 inches i did , otherwise i mnaged to tear it to 1inch and used it across joints
bit pricey abut you get what you paid for

My grand daughter is waiting for an MRI scan on her knee and has been using tape and crutches to try and stabalise her knee while she waits for an appointment. This tape sticks really well, does not mark her skin or cause any itching at all.

For anyone serious about muscle support, joint stability, and effective recovery, a reliable kinesiology tape is an absolute necessity. The Locked in Kinesiology Tape lives up to its name and then some, delivering on every promise. This physio tape has truly impressed me with its superior, long lasting adhesive and ability to provide consistent support through even the most rigorous activities. It’s an essential tool for training, rehab, posture correction, and everyday active living.

Unrivaled, Long Lasting Adhesion: This is the single most important factor for kinesiology tape, and "Locked in" absolutely nails it. Unlike other tapes that peel at the edges after a few hours or a light sweat, this tape stays put. It adheres firmly to the skin through workouts, showers, extended wear for days, and intense activity. This reliability is simply unmatched and provides incredible peace of mind.

Seriously Sweat Resistant: Whether I'm sweating through a heavy gym session, running miles, or just dealing with a humid day, this tape maintains its integrity. The adhesive doesn't break down or lose grip, ensuring continuous muscle and joint support when you need it most.

Effective Muscle & Joint Support: When applied correctly, this tape provides excellent proprioceptive feedback and gentle support to muscles and joints. It helps reduce discomfort, promote better movement patterns, and offers a feeling of stability without restricting full range of motion. It's fantastic for areas like knees, shoulders, lower back, and ankles.

Hypoallergenic for Comfort: Despite its strong adhesive, the tape is remarkably gentle on the skin. I haven't experienced any itching, irritation, or redness, which is a common issue with other tapes, especially with prolonged wear. This makes it suitable even for sensitive skin.

Versatile for All Activities: Its durable and supportive nature makes it ideal for a wide array of uses from high intensity training and injury rehabilitation to improving posture during long workdays or providing comfort during everyday activities.

Flexible and Comfortable: Once applied, the tape feels like a second skin. It moves seamlessly with your body, allowing complete freedom of movement without feeling stiff or cumbersome.

This is really good K tape, I like that it's not pre-cut, it gives you the option of choosing your own length. It's easy to use, and adheres really well, and doesn't move with sweat or damp. There's just one roll in the pack, and the colour is nice and bright. It has helped me with my sciatica, and my other half with shoulder pain.

My younger so uses this all the time when weight training, so we always need a good supply. This is as good as any of them, just a bit more expensive.

Really good tape for supporting injuries and weakened limbs, my wife has been using it all week on her knee and says it supports it really well and it's survived multiple showers without losing adhesion, definitely worth a try if you want some supportive kinesiology tape for sports or injury support.

I found this tape very easy to use. It helped to stabilise my knee well before playing sport. I felt secure and comfortable. It sticks well and yet it is also easy to remove. I like the colour of it also. I think it is good value for money. Would buy again.

Amazing quality k tape. Lasts so long before the glue fails. Super strong hold, perfect for any injury

C

I have used plenty of this type of tapes and I found this very easy to apply and it was not a problem to remove leaving no trace after two days of application. Having in a roll allows the latitude to cut to any size depending on the area to be covered. Reasonably priced.

This does what it advertises and offers support to joints/muscles at an affordable price.

Only downside to others I have used it's not pre cut, but for some that may be useful as you're able to choose your own lengths. Sticks well and stays put.
